I offer a safe space to speak in confidence and explore your life: a unique time for you to receive calmcomplete acceptance, non-judgment and love, a time to connect with your own inner wisdom.

Good health, harmonious relationships, the success and pleasure we receive from our life and our work are determined by our state of well-being. The dictionary describes well-being as, “Physical and mental soundness,” and also as, “the state of human existence in which a person’s basic needs are adequately met and satisfied.”

All our negative thoughts, feelings, difficult life experiences and relationships are the result of an imbalance in our state of well-being and may create symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, loneliness, lack of confidence or as a difficulty in changing our habits or moving forward in life.

During a session we may simply chat, during which I will incorporate techniques that can help you get to the core of the problem and re-connect you to your inner sense of health and well-being. This may include NLP, Holographic Repatterning, Guided Visualisation, Breath Work and the Vibrational Tools of Colour, Crystals or Sound.

Stress can be greatly reduced by releasing old & out-dated patterns of behaviour, which creates greater clarity, increased self-esteem and well-being.
