Meditation

buddhaMeditation may be considered as a special practice but it is also a way of living life, a way of embracing our everyday concerns but not being caught up with them. It does not mean that we ignore or repress our problems, but in fact, that we relate to them in a peaceful and calm way, seeing our challenges in perspective.

Meditation is a practice that encourages us to remain centred, responsible and aware and to live a life of inner freedom and joy.

There is only one true meditation and that is the practice encouraging & facilitating a deep sense of peace, but there are many ways to achieve this.

I encourage people first to become relaxed, then to be able to visualise, concentrate and keep focussed and ultimately to feel comfortable with a profound sense of inner stillness, centeredness and ease.

Anyone can experience meditation and soon see its positive results.
